THE LAB

Interactive builds — the other half of what I do

WHY THIS EXISTS

Cosplay is making a character real enough to stand next to. Code is making one real enough to answer back. It is the same instinct pointed at different material, and I have spent my career doing both — software engineer by trade, cosplayer by obsession.

So these are not demos. They are the same thing as a build: pick a moment from something you love, work out what actually made it work, and then make it real enough to put your hands on. A power battery you have to say the oath to. A heist you have to plan properly or it fails. The costume version and the code version come from exactly the same place.

Everything below runs in your browser. No sign-up, nothing to install. Best on a phone, in the dark.

THE BUILDS

Lantern Oath

Sector 2814 · Oath Lock

The ring weighs you before it answers. Say the oath out loud and the power battery charges as it recognises each line — then the forge opens, and whatever you draw, the ring names it and builds it properly. Draw a house and the door swings. Draw a bird and the wings beat.

  • Speech recognition, forgiving enough for a misheard word
  • Your drawing recognised, then redrawn as line art
  • Everything degrades gracefully — no microphone, no problem
Say the oath

Time Heist

Avengers HQ · Quantum Retrieval

The whiteboard scene, made real. Six stones, three eras, one supply of Pym particles and no margin for error. Run the simulation and watch it branch — or take the drills yourself and fly the New York corridor.

  • A mission that can actually fail, and tells you why
  • Playable transit and air-corridor drills
  • Every constraint from the film, honoured
Run the heist

More in progress. If something here breaks on your phone, tell me — that is the useful half of the feedback.
